We offer our clients a truly independent service. When you instruct us to conduct a property survey, we do Not have any ties to lenders or insurers and we can therefore provide a truly independent survey to the highest standards.

Whilst we are based in Cambridgeshire and we have extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas, we have worked extensively throughout the UK and are also able to conduct surveys nationally as required.

Generally surveys include three main types, a Building Survey, a Property Condition Survey and Specific Defects Survey. However, we will endeavour to tailor any survey to meet your specific needs.
